You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to hold a kuta4d account. Age verification is required during the KYC process and kuta4d reserves the right to suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each player is permitted one (1) active account on kuta4d. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances held within them. Accounts are strictly non-transferable between individuals.
All promotional bonuses at kuta4d carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier and eligible game weighting for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms published alongside each bonus.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", "your") and kuta4d ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the kuta4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the kuta4d platform.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing the kuta4d Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by its provisions.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with kuta4d's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to the specific promotion only.
2.3 kuta4d reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any services on the kuta4d Platform. kuta4d strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary evidence of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
3.2 Residency. The kuta4d Platform is operated for and primarily targeted at players residing in Indonesia. You represent that your use of the Platform is consistent with the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. You confirm that you are not subject to any active self-exclusion period on the kuta4d Platform or any affiliated platform. Attempting to open or use an Account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of this Agreement.
3.5 Employees. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of kuta4d, its affiliated companies, licensed game studios, and payment processing partners are not eligible to hold a Player Account.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one (1) Account on the kuta4d Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associa ted accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kuta4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials. You must notify kuta4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Account Currency. All Account balances on the kuta4d Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are received and credited in IDR at the confirmed transfer amount.
4.5 Account Dormancy. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. kuta4d reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the Help Centre. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee deduction.
5.1 kuta4d is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals above Rp 500.000 and at periodic intervals thereafter.

6.1 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.

6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. kuta4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kuta4d accepts no responsibility.
6.4 Deposits are credited to the Account in real time upon confirmed receipt. In the event of a delayed credit, the Player should retain the transaction reference number and contact kuta4d support via live chat or email for resolution.
Note: kuta4d does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or payments originated from credit facilities. Deposits must originate from funds owned by the Player.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the Account. This policy is maintained for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
7.2 kuta4d targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional security checks are triggered.
7.3 Conditions for withdrawal:
7.4 kuta4d does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Any charges imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are beyond kuta4d's control and are the Player's responsibility.
7.5 kuta4d reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending resolution of any open dispute, active fraud investigation, or outstanding KYC requirement.
8.1 kuta4d offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on eligible slot titles, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.

8.5 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be exploiting promotional structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or systematic exploitation of low-risk bonus strategies — will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
9.1 All sportsbook wagers placed on the kuta4d Platform are subject to the specific market rules published in the Help Centre for each sport and competition. These rules govern settlement in the event of match cancellations, postponements, abandonments, walkovers, and other exceptional circumstances.
9.2 Bet Acceptance. kuta4d operates on a "best price accepted" model for pre-match markets. For in-play (live) markets, bets are accepted subject to real-time odds confirmation. A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has issued a written confirmation with a unique bet reference number.
9.3 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one leg is voided due to match cancellation, the accumulator is typically recalculated at the reduced number of remaining legs; the specific handling is set out in the sport-specific rules.
9.4 Asian Handicap (voor bola). Asian handicap markets, widely favoured by Indonesian bettors, are settled in accordance with standard Asian handicap rules. Half-ball and quarter-ball handicap outcomes resulting in a "push" on one unit will result in a half-stake refund.
9.5 kuta4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price that was published as a result of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake, regardless of whether the event has been settled.
9.6 Maximum stake limits per event, market, and bet type are set by kuta4d at its discretion and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on betting history and risk profile.
10.1 All casino games offered on the kuta4d Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, togel, crash games, and RNG table games — are supplied by licensed third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). Each game is subject to the rules embedded within the game interface and the studio's own terms.
10.2 Return to Player (RTP). Published RTP figures reflect the theoretical long-run return across a statistically significant number of game rounds. RTP is not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. All RTP figures are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories.

12.3 kuta4d will not knowingly allow any individual under 21 years of age to access its services. Any Player found to be below the minimum age will have their account immediately closed and all funds returned via the original deposit method, less any winnings generated.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuta4d shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
13.2 kuta4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 kuta4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service interruptions, bank processing outages, natural disasters, or acts of government.
13.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by kuta4d's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Gambling Involves Risk: All forms of betting and gaming on the kuta4d Platform carry a financial risk. You should only wager funds you can afford to lose. Past performance of any bet type, game, or strategy does not guarantee future results.
14.1 All content on the kuta4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, page designs, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of kuta4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.
14.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit scraping, mirroring, republishing, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
14.3 The kuta4d name and logo may not be used in any context without the Company's prior written consent.
15.1 kuta4d collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
15.2 kuta4d will not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, by the terms of our licensing obligations, or with the Player's explicit consent.
15.3 All personal data and financial transaction data transmitted to and from the kuta4d Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing and are never held in plain text.
16.1 kuta4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the change taking effect.
16.2 The version of these Terms in force at the time a transaction or dispute arises shall govern that specific matter unless the Player and kuta4d expressly agree otherwise in writing.
16.3 Players who do not accept a material amendment to these Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any real-money balance held in their Account.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kuta4d holds its international gaming licence. The Company's licensing authority provides a framework for the resolution of player complaints that cannot be settled through the internal process.
17.2 Internal Complaints Process. In the first instance, any dispute or complaint must be submitted in writing to kuta4d's customer support team at . kuta4d will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (WIB) and aims to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
17.3 If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate to the independent dispute resolution body designated by kuta4d's licensing authority. 17.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
